Why Substack?
So, first let’s dive into how you’re receiving this email. I’ve imported the email list from my website into Substack and will be using this as my email communications platform - because it’s free, it functions well, and it doesn’t go to spam!
Those first 2 “Patch Notes” emails apparently went straight to junk mail for everybody, including me… So, using the mailing list function through the company I built my website with does seem to be the play.
For now, Substack serves my needs, and I can collect emails here and via the website, simply sync the lists together, and keep a backup in case either platform goes down.
The Cover Art is DONE!
I’ve been keeping the design ideas pretty close to the chest on this one, but it’s finally done and ready to be seen by the world!
Based heavily on classing RPG sourcebook covers, with a nice dose of Real Life to show some of the various classes / quest-lines that people can choose for this game we’re all living through.
This same image (in full wraparound) will be the cover for the paperback, the hardcover (with some metallic foiling!), and even the ebook.
The 2027 Book Tour So Far
The book releases on December 20th, and that’s when things really kick into high gear! After spending well over a decade writing this book, it would be wrong to not give it my all, getting it out to the people, right?
So, I’ve dedicated [at least] 2027 to a full-scale book tour. I’m centering the trip around

Limited (100) Hardcover 1st Edition
PREORDERS OPEN SOON
As a form of crowd-funding, to help pay the final publishing costs on the book, and to get a bulk order of 1000 paperback copies printed so I am set for the beginning of the tour, I’ve decided to do a 100-piece Limited Edition run of First Edition Hardcovers!
The hardcover will feature the full wrap-around cover art, metallic foil for the lettering, my signature and your personalized message, and they’re numbered (x/100)
Each hardcover will also come with a Tour Shirt, featuring the book cover on the front and the tour stops on the back, as well as all the other book swag (patch, stickers, bookmark), and a “Founding” lifetime membership to this Substack.
All this, for only $100 including shipping to the US, or personal delivery to The People’s Reset in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico, next March for those who aren’t in the US and don’t want to pay for international shipping.
